Pull the armature out, use a bearing puller and pull the bearing off and install new bearing. Its a simple operation

the armature seems to be stuck in the cast housing , is there a hold down plate for the bearing behind the brush assembly or do i need to use a bigger hammer on the arm. shaft where the magnet for the speed scensor attachesand beat it out??

what motor is it? The end cap should tap off once you removed the screws that hold the bearing plate to the motor

The bearing in a PDS motor has to be pressed out.you might want to take it to a machine shop and have it done unless you have a arbor press.
