03 Columbia Par Car not starting
 

2003 Par Car runs great! However, twice now I stopped and exited the cart, so motor is not running, and when I tried to start it to go again, nothing. Totally dead! The battery is a couple months old and is fine. Crazy thing is on both occasions, I pushed the cart backwards 10+ feet to clear for traffic and it starts again. Same issue both times. No power at all then reverse manual push and it starts again. Any Suggestions?

2003 is too new to be in my wheelhouse but that has to be something electrical.

I would check the condition of your brushes on your starter. If they are worn, they could be failing to make good contact with the starter armature. Pushing the cart makes them make good contact again. Just a guess on my part, though.
