Need help with a 2007 Star Cart
This cart is a 2007 sepex with a Curtis 1243.
My first assessment was a melted controller. Replaced with a new FSIP curtis control. Still nothing. Hand heels showing 46% throttle, so I guess HPD has it shut down. Not knowing and not being able to figure out what the throttle type is for these carts, I tried them all with no luck. I eliminated the plug between the pedal box and controller which did have corrosion, but still no luck. My main question is what are the throttle types for this cart with the 1243? I guess the next thing to look at is the pot box? Does anyone know where a wiring diagram is for this thing? Sent from my SM-G991U using Tapatalk |

Got the throttle figured out. Getting a clean throttle signal now, but getting "current shunt failure" error now. I didn't have time last night, but I guess it's time to check the motor.
