aftermarket clutch

ok i have a 1992 club car with the 290 new billet piston and shaved head for more compression i have the rev limiter hooked up and run 20-10-8 tires with this combo i slam on the gas of a corner and hit the limiter quick i know im not supposed to hit it all the time i see people unhook them but i rather not do that my girl friend likes to drive it and she will not pay attention to the limiter is there a different clutch that will leave the bottomend i have but give me more topend?

Re: aftermarket clutch

How close does the belt come to the top of the drive clutch (on the motor) We can machine it for a larger overdrive and add 5-10 MPH

I'm not BigBlockMan, but I slept at the Holiday Inn Express....:lhmo::lhmo:
That belt should run all the way out. He'll fix you up.
You shouldn't lose any bottom. The belt will still start in the smallest positon, it will just go out to the furthest point possible for the speed. He's a sponsor, you should contact him.
