Kubota z482 95 club car ds

Hello,
I have a 95 club car ds I threw the rod out the block. Got a z482 Kubota for free out of a solara transicold trailer heater. They have a shaft adapter bolted on the flywheel which I machined to 1" and was going to use the taper adapter. Turns out it is cast steel and really soft. So ordered the cvt adapter from club car. Don't judge my "fuel tank" was just test running to make sure it ran. Will update as I continue build.

Video off engine running won't upload.

Little progress today. Tank in have it running. Red to change clutch weights to stop the noise at idle. Anyone know where to get a clutch kit for 800-1000 Rpm? The stock is 1800 rpm I believe. It has a constant tap at idle in the clutch.
I used the original motor mount and welded some 4x10 tubing on it to bolt to engine to. This engine has a big think aluminum oil pan because it is out of a reefer unit. So it mounts by the oil pan. The rubber mounts allow it to sag to the driver side since I had to offset it to that side to align clutch. Might just bolt it solid.

Looks good! I had an offer for a three cylinder Kubota and thought about doing a swap on my DS

Made some changes. Radiator is kinda hidden in access panel. Moved engine towards front of cart. Had it out for a test drive. It goes really good. Need to finish throttle linkage to really try it out. Just ran it sitting on cart without seat and hand operating throttle

I second Davids question. I am converting an old Club electric cart to diesel. I’m going to have to fab a platform to mount the engine. Would help to see how the engine mounts to the frame and platform. Is there a pivot point on the frame towards the front of the cart? Engine and rear end obviously have to bounce around in unison when driving

I actually cut the original motor mount. I removed just before the taper and made it square. I used 2 heim joints for linkage from the mount to frame of cart. The engine I used is mounted by the oil pan. It is thick cast aluminum. I used 2 pieces of square tubing and sat the motor on those, they are welded to the original motor saddle. I had to make the front of the saddle square to get the motor far enough ahead for valve cover to not hit on frame at rear of seat.
