Here's the start to another build. Bought a 20HP from "awsomeposum". Really need help on an exhaust system and intake filter. Are "upgrades for the 20 more like the 18 ? I don't think 23 parts will work. I'm thinking....Tearing the engine apart....sending the "crank" to "Plowman's" for machining (to accept the Yamaha clutch) and cam/high rev kit/thiner head gaskets. This starts "ugly"....we'll see what transforms. Later Dave

hey dave. i pick up a free 22 hp wednesday.. when you say crank machining are you talking about the horizontal shaft? and do they machine all cranks or can i just get a comet 780? the shaft is 1'' 1/8...

well ended up as usual. nothing is free i guess. he decided to put it on his gravley zero turn he says. if there was even a **** motor at all.......:dontknow::banghead:
