87 gas club head pictures

Old motor wouldn't so pulled in shop started to remove head . found head bolts not tightened. Can someone look at these pictures to see if anything looks bad. There was not ring grove at top of cylinder wall.Cart is a smoker . any help appreciated.

looking at the color of the area near the valve springs, and the amount of carbon on the head, I'd guess that this motor did not have the oil changed often. oil control rings are probably stuck in the piston, causing it to smoke pretty good.
