How do you install seat belts? Which to purchase?
 

Now that my new conversion is complete the cart does 30+ mph, so now I'm thinking about the safety of the riders but need some insight.

I would like to install retractable seat belts on my 05 TXT. I see that there are basically two options: a kit with some kind of bar and hardware, or just the two parts of the seat belt.
1. How are these installed? Through the seat, where?
2. Which would you suggest purchasing?
3. What would I need to install seat belts on the rear fold down seat as well? And how do I install those?
