How to drop the front 2021 Express S4

Have a 2021 ezgo express s-4 gas that has ballast weight on the front which I want to remove and drop the front a couple of inches but not exactly sure how to accomplish this.

It currently has the factory lift kit on it but with people on the back the front gets to loose.

Any ideas?

Move the springs from the top of the axle to the bottom of the axle.
