G22 all sports lift kit plus plow?

Has anybody done this but me? I put a 55" moose plow and push tubes on my g22. I welded my own mounting bracket to the cart frame which works very well.

With the gmax lift kit I am only able to get about 10" inches of lift in the from under the plow before it hits the lift kit frame.

Has anyone tried this combination with more success?

Re: G22 all sports lift kit plus plow?

This was working really well right up until my not so super super winch quit working. I think I was pulling up on the plow too long after the push tubes hit the cross members of the lift kit. I am considering drastic mods to the all sports kit or just going ahead and buying the jakes spindle kit like I should have.

I take it nobody is in my particular situation?

Comment? Advice? TIA

Hi r u going to a 3 inch lift or a 6 inch

I have a 6" lift and would maintain that.

Depending on the ratio between the mounting point
to axle and the plow to axle distance, perhaps lowering
the mount point will give more lift?

Your theory is correct.

However I do not want to go too low and cause clearance issues with high centering.

I assume nobody has tried this, and I would recommend any future builders with the intention of using a plow to use a spindle drop lift kit like the jake's one.

I used spindle lift but the lower the mount the higher the lift for plow I get mine up about 18 IN I have a 3500# superwinch no problems yet
