2008 48v solenoids click no movment..

replaces the brake a few months back and all was well.. now you hear the solenoids click.. 48v across the main posts when activated, cart does nothing, no backup alarm either.. where do I start

Key in neutral, switch in tow, not seeing 48volts at brake.. no voltage at all across the two wires at the brake..

I'm finding trouble shooting out there but not for the RXV.. over 50 to 51v where it should be so batteries are good and charged.. going to test the pedal potentiometer go for there.. hoping there is a connector under the seat..
