36v single leaf spring suspension upgrade

Hi, And thank you for reading my thread. I have a 1980 Royal Ride cart (36v Club Car on a Rolls Royce body). I have recently gotten this cart in tip top working order: New batteries, 0 guage cable upgrade, all new wirring, new solenoids, rebuilt motor etc...... Before I begin cosmetically refurbishing my cart, I have one issue, The Poor Ride Quality.......This cart has the roughest ride of any cart I have ever been in. It has single leaf spring front suspension, dual spring rear. I am curious as to what my best options are to make this thing drive less like a Jeep Wrangler, and more like a Cadillac? Stiffer springs? Better bushings? Air bag suspension? I really like this cart and think it has an imense amount of potential, but the ride is so bumpy on the fairways I feel like im off roading....... I golf daily and really want to make this cart ride like the Rolls Royce it resembles. Any and all suggestions and insights will be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Stiffer springs = harder ride . . . try lower air pressure in tires . . .

i would try some air shocks......if its a heavy body HD springs should help and if they are to much you can always take a leaf out....................8)
