Power issues with 2017 YDRE

I have a 07 YDRE with a Alltrax XCT300. The cart has been running great, but broke down on me last week. I took my voltmeter and checked for power at the key switch, F&R switch, solenoid and controller. They all have power, but the controller green status light is not on. I spoke with Alltrax and they think its the controller.

Also, I have power at the controller with the key switch on and off. Shouldn't it be off when the key is in the off position?

No, pre-charge circuit would have some power in there anytime the tow/run switch is on run.
