Tempo -vs- Onward - What's different, same?

Wanting to make sure I understand the differences in these two:

Obviously the front cowl is different, but much seems to be the same.

Is the suspension (front and rear) the same on lifted version? (factory or otherwise)
If lifted, does the Tempo have the same A arm arrangement up front?
Drive system (motor, electrics, rear end, gear ratio, etc..) the same?
Do the Onward stock headlights fit into the cowl spaces of the Tempo?
Onward brush guard will fit on the Tempo?

The Tempo front end maybe looks a little better to me if you don't use a brush guard, and I like the Onward otherwise, but both look nice.

I feel like there are more differences than essentially the front cowl?

Curious if you found out anything. I want to put the onward brush guard on a Precedent with the Alpha body. To me, it's the best looking. Don't want to take a $300 gamble to see if it fits.

Looking to do the same thing. Put an Onward front brush guard on a precedent. Did you do this and if so how did it work out? Any pics. Thanks

Any update here? I have a 2019 Tempo, and I know the Brush Guard from the Onward (Part No. 47578016001) will fit, but I can't find anywhere it's sold. Anyone have suggestions on where to look?

I like the MadJax HD Tempo Brush Guard too, but that's a little to "off-road" for my Tempo with low pro street tires.

They are now selling the brush guard for the Onward. Just purchased and installed one on my Tempo.

Re: Tempo -vs- Onward - What's different, same?

Tempo and Onward are very similar but they, of course, are not 100% the same.

- The Onward uses the Precedent front underbody part under the front cowl, the Tempo is a different part.
- The headlights are different. The Onward ones stick on, the Tempo ones (Club Car ones) mount to the underbody part under the cowl.
- Rear suspension is a little different. The Tempo is basically the same as the Precedent. the Onward is somewhat the same but has bump stops as well as a trac bar for better stability and load handling.
- Basic battery and motor setup is the same.
- Front suspension base height or lifted is the same.
- Motors are the same as well.

Overall with a few differences, they are both based on a Precedent underneath. The Onward is more of Club Car's higher end cart so it usually gets fancier seats and such.
