Any advice on what cables I need to run for upgraded controller? My stock are heating up.

Re: Motor to controller cables.

The 6 gauge cables that go to the A1 and A2 are the most important cables to upgrade as they always carry 100% of the motor current. All of the other cables only carry 100% of the current when the Controller is at 100% output. Me personally, I would upgrade all of them if for no more then reliability and uniformity. Especially the battery cables....

2 gauge cable is more than enough...

After you upgrade the A1 & A2 cables to the motor don't discard the old number 6 cables. Use them to upgrade the F1 & F2 cables to the motor.

"F" cables are low amp cables 10 ga is all you need even if you have Big controller.

Yes, they only send directional current.

See post #4 and as far as length, it varies. Best to order your estimated quantity and then get colored coordinated heat-shrink or multi-colored electrical tape and then make them at the lengths you need for your height and locations.
