i work 12 hour shifts on the dupont schedule only a hour and a half to go but nothing has happend on here all night lol

I work a two week flip flop schedule week one 1-12hr night 2-12hr day shift week two 2-12hr night 1-12hr day shift. . Sleep schedule? What sleep schedule?
