where to get copper buss bar and terminal covers?

I'm having a little trouble locating these for a 14S4p setup. I've contacted EV battery center but no response. I'm fine cutting the copper lengths myself if someone can direct me to where I can get one that's sufficient width and thickness for leaf g2 modules.

I've used 1/8" x 1/2" copper bar stock I got from my local metal supply (the thinnest they had in stock) and I havent had any problems. The internal bus bars inside each module that tie the 2 cells in parallel is 1/2" wide x 3/32" thick.

I'd personally go with 3/4" wide x 3/32" if you can find it for the outer series / parallel connections.

Anyone measured the temperature of their buss bars after a long ride?

It seems like to keep the buss bar under a 30C rise over ambient temperature that a 1/16" x 1" would be better:

If 1/8th vs 1/16th is that better or worse?

If You start with 1/16" x 1" and double it, the 1/8" x 1" stacked size is worst than 1/16" x 2" side by side, even though it is the exactly same amount of copper.

The ability of dissipating heat is more important than the actual gauge of the buss, similar to how battery cables should be sized.

Since there are so many different enclosures being used on top of these bussbars, looking at your sustained current use and the the chart I linked will help make sure it is sized correctly.

I started putting bus bars on my leaf pack and then found the busbar circuit board that's sold on line that alleviates the bus bar and BMS wiring manually by having all the wiring on the circuit board. It has the socket and wiring harness on it for the BMS. For $20 it's worth it. I don't have to solder connectors on the 15 wires from the BMS and it looks real neat (on the Interent). It should be here tomorrow, and hopefully my BMS will arrive also. My charger is floating somewhere between China and the U.S. so I have no idea when that will arrive.

Do you have a link or part number to see what it looks like?
