Another lithium conversion questions post

Okay,

After reading all of the posts, I am almost somehow convinced this is worth it. I have a basically stock ds with IQ. Only mod is a speed magnet. I ride less than 10 miles every day I use it. Spends more time on charger than on road by far.

I am looking at this set up

Am I being penny wise or foolish. I have emailed the company with the same questions.

How does this compare?

It is what I am looking at.

It looks to be as close to plug n play as I've seen. Has built in BMS, you have buy charger separate.

Test of this battery with EzGo golf cart - see it here:

Wow! At the rate prices are dropping, lead-acid batteries will soon be a thing of the past!

eventually FLA batteries will go the way of roll film.
BTW, I still have several 35mm SLR's and as of 2015, I can only get film online.
But the pictures are sooooo much better.
Just like CD's will never be able to reproduce the true music like a vinyl album can.
Maybe I'm getting older, but I still remember the better things...

Clicks and pops and white noise. Man they sounded fine.

I will not miss FLA though.

We hung onto our SLR, and I still have a nice circa 1980 component stereo to play me vinyl. Old stuff is our trademark: 1974 Boston Whaler, circa 1950 tiller with a Tecumseh engine, 1989 Volvo 240 as a daily driver, 1964 International Harvester Cub Cadet to mow the grass. Believe it or not, the 2003 CC DS is about the newest thing we own!

Reading this thread, it occurs to me that I may never buy another set of FLAs. Bought a new set of Trojans last summer, and if we get five years out of them, the LI price will certainly have dropped to (or below) the current price of the FLAs.

Wow, I was thinking the same thing! Question. Are they making lithium batteries for starting batts yet? The ones in our Jd 4450 ag tractor are getting tired and it needs about 1500 amps on a brisk morning.
