2012 Precedent issue: Cart is Stopping and going...jerky like.

The MCOR was replaced. Volt meter read 46.4 when this started happening.
Batteries are new Trojans.
10" wheels and tires, no lift.
Voltage drops to 35 volts when pressing gas.
New Plum Quick Bandit Motor
Stock Controller/Solenoid.
Any first thoughts?

Yeah you got battery issues... They are dead! When were they last fully charged?

Fully charged a 48 volt pack reads 50.9 volts and when voltage readings below 48.0 are seen the pack is at the point of being damaged due to discharge...

I'm wondering if I may have issue with the charger.

Within a few seconds the amp meter on the charger should pop up toward 15 or so amps... Let it go overnight and in fact for 16 hours to which if working it will time out as per direction of the OBC... Let the batteries then rest for 8 to 12 hours and then report your voltage back to us... Also since it sounds like the cart is newish to you and we just solved a similar issue make sure that the small red charging wire is indeed hooked up to your main battery (+) post on the right rear most battery. It will have a large heavy red wire also hooked up there too....

Got it home. Hooked it up to the silver life giving box and the needle of the Gods shalt not move. I sacrificed a chicken but the needle still shalt not budge from its eternal resting point.

Does the collective seem to think that my charger may be the issue?
If so, who has the best deal on a 48v (6-8v's) charger for a 2012 Club Car Precedent???

Also are your battery/motor cables still stock, anybody mess with them etc?
